NightScapes : My NightScapes are exposures of the night sky with a landscape feature. All are evening time exposures. The starry night sky with Milky Way are a favorite subject. Special techniques are used with off-the-shelf digital cameras and lenses in order expose the night stars without blurring (trails) them. Some land features are enhanced with light painting. Please note that many images will have considerable "graininess" or digital noise due to the high ISO speeds required to do this type of night photography (capturing the stars and the land features in one unique exposure). DOWNLOADS: Many of my NightScapes are available as HD personal use downloads (about 1920 x 1080 pixels) for $2.99 at my 500px store.
